I like her a lot. My main issue with her is that she might act more naive than she actually is. On the road to Hollywood she asked Constantine if something slang phrase another person said to her in praise meant that she was good. That was kind of annoying -- she seemed like she was fishing for compliments and using innocents as a way to reel them in. That's the only thing that bothers me about her. If she can 'keep it real' so to speak, I'll continue to like her.

great voice! i love that she brings the country element to the competition this season. josh gracin was just a disgrace, IMO. when she belted out that Martina song, i about had a heart attack. she came with the big guns and she came to win this. she's going to do well

I don't know why, but I'd prefer Jaclyn (the 16-year-old) than her. Carrie is very girl-next-door..NAIVE, as someone said earlier.

I'm surprised that she is Simon's favourite.
