Call-Out Order and Averages

This is basically a thread for the discussion of call-out orders, weekle eliminated models, reward challenge and CGOTW winners, bottom three, bottom two, etc. Enjoy!

RED signifies the contestant quit the competition
DARK GREEN signifies the contestant won the reward challenge
DARK ORANGE signifies the contestant won CGOTW
MEDIUM TURQOISE signifies the contestant won both CGOTW and the reward challenge
ITALIC numbers signify the contestant was in the bottom three
ITALIC & DARK GREEN numbers signify the contestant was in the bottom three and won the reward challenge
ITALIC & DARK ORANGE numbers signify the contestant was in the bottom three and won CGOTW
BOLD numbers signify the contestant was in the bottom two
BOLD & DARK GREEN numbers signify the contestant was in the bottom two and won the reward challenge
BOLD & DARK ORANGE numbers signify the contestant was in the bottom two and won CGOTW
"X" signifies the contestant was eliminated
DARK GREEN X signifies the contestant was eliminated and won the reward challenge
DARK ORANGE X signifies the contestant was eliminated and won CGOTW

Im still boggled that Joanie is at no.7.

She and Anya definitely share a lot in common:
1. The same edit - girl with great portfolio, but finishing 2nd.
2. Never been in the bottom2.
3. Have been in the top2 six times.
4. Received first call outs 5 times.
5. Both blondes.
6. Both having worst call outs in the second photoshoot.
7. Both criticized for their final runway walk.

Love them both!

i am thinking if the statistic is correct when comparing different cycle girls.
As there are different number of girls on the show. For example, if there are 14 girls in that cycle.
The statistic of call-out order should be divided by 14.
Because the girls in cycles with fewer girls is getting lower number.
Therefore, when comparing girls in different cycle, the statistic may be be fair.
However, when comparing girls in the same cycle, it doesn't bother.

Anya must have the best call-out average ever...I think that she was bettter than Mercedes Scelba-Shorte(Cycle 2/runner-up),right???"Cycle 2" had only 12 girls.. "Cycle 10" had 14 girls...So,Anya must be the best!!!It was good to see a plus-size model to win,Whitney,but Anya was better!!!

Its really hard to compare between cycles! But I think since there were only 13 girls considered at the first judging that it doesn't matter that the cycle had 14 girls at the start. But then there are other automatic considerations that have to be made. Like when Fatima didn't do her photo shoot, it was an automatic bottom 2, so that affects call-out averages as well. Also, there have been a lot of quitters or giver-uppers in the last few cycles. That can't be accounted for in call out averages. Really the call out average doesn't reflect ability. I don't even know if it means your the best anymore. Afterall, the judges change and the criteria used in making cuts has also changed throughout the year (remember when "lucking into" a photo was a really bad thing?) At the beginning of the cycle (when hers was the judges favorite) it mattered for Fatima, but at the end Anya (when hers was the judges favorite) was rewarded for it. Complicated stuff there! But then everything that is subjective is not really reliable or valid.

Yeah. But anya is a better model than joanie in my opinion. To be truthful, i don't think joanie deserve 5 first call outs. Her swimsuit and doll isnt deserving.

I think the model who had best callout order before Anya is Elyse not Mercedes(well, I don't like Mercedes)
