I think Dominique will go home before Lauren. Tyra likes to take a diamond-in-the-rough and polish it up. Of course the final product is sometimes just a rhinestone(Saleisha, for example), but I think Lauren will be around a while yet. I'm rooting for her to finish in the final three.

Maybe. It's still too early in the cycle for me to decide. I don't even know who else I want in the final three.

I hope she stays for long, she has done good so far, I'd love to see her in the final 3, or even win.

I hope she goes far, but I dont want her to win. I just dont feel that much passion from her, and while I like her look, I'd rather someone who I know will bust their modelesque little *** to become a model be crowned the winner. I also like Fatima, but by the same logic, I dont feel that much desire. The only girl who I really like, and also feel desire from is Anya.

I don't get why she was called first.

She had a great shot but horrible film. Usually when that happens, Tyra will go "Girl, this shot is fierce but the rest of your film sucked!" yet, she didn't do that with Lauren. She just completely glanced over the fact that her overall shoot wasn't well received.

how do you know the rest of her film sucked?
tyra was saying how well her awkwardness works for her & she always ends un with a fierce pose (even tho it's awkward in between them/)

Jay said it sucked. Also, from what we saw she was bad at her shoot, she happened to get this shot out and it worked in her favor, but the feedback she recevied during the shoot was not good at all.

yes but jay was saying that she has no idea what she was doing while she'd taken the pose that appeared later during panel. also the photographer who shot her was on panel and he said nothing about her photoshoot. i guess it's just like when sometimes we see something but on film seems different (sometimes better, others worse). it's not like the first time that jay says that the girl had a good shoot and a not so good photo appears or he thinks that a girl struggles but then she comes up with a good one.
jay usually makes useful remarks after the first half of the competition as he gets to know the girls better and also their faults.

True about the photgrapher not giving an opinion on her, but usually when a girl does bad (awkward) at the shoot and gets a good shot, Tyra will say that she received comments that the photoshoto didn't go well despite an amazing photograph. She did it with Heather last year, commenting how awkward she was but how she would manage at least one great shot.
