Lauren - Cycle 10 - Page 122

I like Lauren, but I cant see Lauren winning, but I can see her making it overseas. Her walk sucks, and it looks like she gives the same expression in a lot of the photoshoots, and she has a lack of confidence that the winners dont have. I dont think her temper is helping her either.

I'm not sure about Lauren. I'm getting the feeling that she was chosen for her heather-like awkwardness. Everyone loved heather, so everyone will love lauren, right? She takes good photographs, but I don't know why they are praising her so much. I loved Heather, and her photographs were great and the praise was deserved, but I'm not really feeling Lauren. It seems like they are raising her just to throw her down. I feel her placing 6th, 5th, or 4th. She's stoic and isn't particularly nice, nor mean.

Agree, heather is better than Lauren but lauren is okay i guess.

I agree with this, and I think that this point hasn't been brought up much. In a weird way, I'm not fully convinced by the personality/image she projects either. Even though she wears the clothes of a rocker and acts the persona, she's in this competition why? I'm not saying rockers don't want to be models ever, but her motivation seems a bit mysterious. I think she's definitely more complex than the immediate portrait she paints.
