I saw it twice while watching Girlalicious, Im pretty sure its new. But there is no real significance to this commercial, and its really not worth watching

She needs to stop overwaxing/overplucking her eyebrows. Last episode, all I could think was that her eyebrows looked like inequality math symbols.
