Re: Dominique - Cycle 10 I'm part Native american and we don't have features like Dominique has. We have dark hair and dark eyes. Dominique has light hair and light eyes. The only similarity is her light skin.

Re: Dominique - Cycle 10 Dang. The shot in the doorway makes her look like one studly woman. Does she have a WWE RAW career we don't know about? And is she really only 23? That shot in the gold dress -- the veins in her hands are really prominent and she appears to have lines in her forehead. That doesn't usually happen with women in their early twenties.

Re: Dominique - Cycle 10 It wouldn’t be ANTM if there wasn’t at least one makeover that made a girl miserable and/or made her look worse.

Re: Dominique - Cycle 10 I have been along time reader, but first time poster. Here is an interview with Dominique Reighard. Poised & posed TV contest beckons Columbus model Wednesday, February 20, 2008 3:12 AM By Molly Willow THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH Reighard, on the runway last year during Columbus Fashion Week Dominique Reighard wanted to be a model long before she was tall enough. At age 23, the former receptionist from Columbus has become a contestant on the 10th edition of America's Next Top Model -- starting at 8 tonight on the CW, including WWHO-TV (Channel 53). The reality show hosted by Tyra Banks puts 14 women under the same roof in New York as they compete in modeling challenges to win a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl, a cover and six-page fashion spread in Seventeen magazine, and representation by Elite Model Management. Reighard recently answered some questions by e-mail. mwillow@dispatch.com Q: What do you think about when you walk down the runway or pose? A: I think, "This is my moment to shine." Q: What do you do to stay in modeling shape? A: Honestly, I eat well. I do not believe in dieting. I believe in a healthy diet; no fast food is my only rule. I also work with a trainer focusing on cardio and light weights with many repetitions. Q: What foods do you have a weakness for? A: Chocolate and cheesecake. Need I say more? Q: Is modeling hard? Why? A: Yes. It seems glamorous until you realize how much focus, dedication and poise are required in your lifestyle. Q: What skills does modeling require? A: Grace, confidence and self-awareness. Q: Which models do you look up to? A: I have a new appreciation for Tyra and her talents that goes beyond her beauty. I also find Paulina Porizkova (one of the show's judges) amazing; she makes models feel at ease. And, finally, I admire Heidi Klum; she has managed to balance modeling, a family and a successful business career. Q: What's your favorite part of your body? A: My eyes. Q: What's the craziest thing you've had to wear for a shoot? A: For a goth, high-fashion-style photo shoot, I had the opportunity to have my face and body airbrushed in black. Q: What makeup item can you not live without? A: CoverGirl Lash Blast mascara. Q: What is the last book you read? A: A Model Summer by Paulina Porizkova. Q: When you aren't working: high heels or flats? A: High heels. Q: Favorite piece of clothing? A: Lingerie. No one knows what is under my clothes, but I do, and it makes me feel so secretly sexy. Q: What's the most misunderstood thing about the modeling business? A: That there are no absolutes in the business. Trends can be redefined by the person's charisma and vision.
