Anya - Cycle 10

If Anya happens to win does anybody think she'll be successful like Alice from AusNTM? She'd definitely be my favorite out of the American winners so far and I think she has the look and presence to be huge. She may not be my absolute favorite from the cycle but I think she is one of the rare few from the show (all cycles combined) to actually have potential to be a top model.

Probably not. Even though Anya is most deserving of the win (and has more talent in front of the camera than Alice) I don't think the major designers will care for her slightly wonky nose and her stiff walk.

Alice's final runaway wasn't great , Anya's walk can improve of course and her nose is not a problem.

Those are minor problems. Though i never notice her having a wonky nose, many models have large, crooked noses. So i see no problem there. Her walk? Designers defiantly won't care that much, especially if she has a look they like. Anyways I just don't think having a good walk or not will stop her walking in those runway shows. There are many models out there with horrid walks.

As for being successful. Who knows! She certainly wouldn't be out of place in those top designer runway shows, and fashion magazines.

she is the nicest antm contestant EVER

for real. she's too sweet without a mean bone in her body. that will be her disadvantage. that she doesn't have enough balls. but then if you have too much balls like melrose, you won't win either.

but overall i tried hating anya. but i just can't. she's like the mother teresa of antm contestants or something.

OMG, Melrose got balls. I think it's not about being mean. Anya has a shining personality even without being mean.

She's one of the few models ANTM has found. She just has everything to be a top model.

If odd features and bad walks aren't a problem in this industry, then pretty much all the girls in this comp can do as well as Alice. I just have a feeling Anya might go down the same route as Nik, another extremely photogenic girl with odd features who a lot of us thought would be a huge success, but whose career really didn't amount to much.

But you're right, we won't know until long after the finale airs. In the Australian version I think the Australian industry professionals were honest when they pegged Alice as a high fashion girl, while in the American version I do they mostly blow smoke, like when like said that Jenah could be in a Prada campaign.
