I agree. In fact that IMO explains why DVDs were not made of any cycles after C1: It would reveal too much dirty linnen. Tyra+Gang of Four dare not reveal the details of Salieshagate(not to mention Danielle(C6)gate and who knows how many other scandals.).

Danielle Gate is a theory that Danielle won due to her race, stealing the title from Sara.

Saleisha's always going to be America's Next Top Model. It'd be kind of stupid to settle it in court. CoverGirl could always give the contract to Saleisha even if she didn't win and Elite to. The only thing that's problem worthy is the money and in the long run after court and stuff, you'd most likely lose money. P:

Amazonophile believes that Sara was the preplanned winner of Cycle 6 because the winner was rumored to be scouted from a mall. That girl was Sara but according to Amazonophile Tyra and Co changed their minds and choose Danielle.

There are rumors and fake spoilers all the time when Top Model airs. I think Danielle was just a better model than Sara.

How can you guys think Sara was meant to be the winner? I was shocked that she even made it overseas. She is just like Ann season 3. Neither of them could model and they kept them around for truly unknown reasons. Having a bit of potential but truly never delivering as they should.

But really, was that all "Daniellegate" was? Because that is not nearly as juicy as Scandaleisha.
