Except that ANTM winners notoriously have little to no real careers in the legit modelling industry after winning LOL The best thing that can happen for any of the girls with real potential is to get eliminated as early as possible. The industry thinks ANTM is a huge joke.

Unfortunately, if Saleisha has even a fraction of the massive sense of entitlement she was shown to have on the show, she'll be feeling no shame about this mess. She's probably convinced herself that she was the best and deserved the win.

It'll be interesting to see if Twiggy's departure and Paulina Porizkova joining the judging panel will shake things up at all. While Paulina has shown a great sense of humor, she's also shown intelligence without b*tchiness (a la Janice) so maybe, if she doesn't bend over for Tyra, she'll turn out to be useful...

Saleisha is the only girl in the history of ANTM to have known Tyra before the show by NUMEROUS occasions, not just one. And she just happens to win? And she just happens to be found on myspace by an ANTM agent and coincidentally found Tyra again? Pssh, please. That is so fake just like her personality.

I highly doubt you know her personally, so I wouldn't say her personality's fake when I don't even know her.

Also, don't give me, "Well, she avoided the situation in the interview, so she's fake!" Any smart girl would do what she did in this situation. All of it is truly Tyra's fault.

^ How is everything "truly Tyra's fault" if Saleisha had the free will to reject anything offered to her? Saleisha knew that she had many connections with Tyra, and if she was smart, she would have known not to enter the competition in the first place. She should have know she would've gotten heat for it, and she shouldn't try hiding anything now that it's out in the open.

I agree...it's extraordinarily unlikely the title would be stripped. Why? Because it was the producers and/or Tyra who allowed Saleisha to compete while being in a very obvious grey area with a past relationship to Tyra and a certain level of work that would be questioned by the viewing public.

What I WOULD like to see result from all of this is stricter regulation for reality shows similar to those found in gameshows. If there's a monetary (or value) prize at the end, there needs to be better regulation and if this controversy moves us closer to accomplishing that, then great...
