Those photos are from an Especially Yours Catalog that's a niche publication not a national publication, so it isn't against the rules. And yes she is modeling.

She was called by ANTM, ok.
But she is not a child. She could read the rules and say "no" to the offer if she really wants to respect the rules.
She could just tell them "no" for her previous experience as a model(or actress). But she didnt.
So it was her choice to break the rules.
Breaking the rules, or dont respect the rules is not fair and has no respect to other girls.
Moreover, if she was a good role model(just like she said), she would not break the rules.

I don't think that's a legitimate reason for allowing Saleisha to win. She got 100k contract for God's sake! i doubt that tyra felt chantal and jenah would be offered a contract without her help...

I'm sure the show's attorneys looked into it, plus there is a loophole about contestants with prior experience and the producers can make the judgement.

I don't know why people are getting bent out of shape over this. Do any of you really think Saleisha is going to be the next supermodel? The supermodel died in the early 1990s. Today, it's actresses and musicians gracing the covers of magazines and selling products.

I seriously doubt Covergirl is going to dump Rihanna over Saleisha. After cycle 10, I wouldn't be surprised if Saleisha dropped off the face of the earth ala Niama.

We need to stop focusing on Saleisha's win as merely an opportunity to become the next supermodel. SHE WON A HELLUVA LOT OF MONEY!!!!

I think she meant that Tyra knew that Lisa was a threat to Saleisha winning the title, so she had to be mean and make up an excuse for kicking Lisa off (same applies with Jenah and Heather).
