As far as I'm concerned, models/girls should be cast on potential, not race. These "black girls" you're talking about probably have loads and loads of potential; there's no use in casting an Asian just for the sake of casting an Asian.

so true, dont cast people because of there ethnicity, i mean, we could have 3 black winners in a row and i wouldnt be mad if they all had teh potential.

Um, there were at least 3 girls with the same skin color as Tyra, and we know Tyra's not Asian. Just because it's blurry doesn't mean it changed the color of the models' skin.

Im interested to see the girls but for some reason Im not as excited as I've been in past cycles. Hopefully this truely is "back to basics" and not the crap we've endured for 3 cycles now.

It should work out. They don't eliminate one the first show and there will be three left on the last show (they eliminate one and then pick the winner) That means that the eleven other girls will be eliminated on the other eleven episodes. I apologize if this is "speculation" and if my math is incorrect (I suck at math). But I think I'm right...

Your arent counting the recap episode.
So, there has to be a double elimination at some point.

What was the source for the episodes because we might be overreacting if it's wrong. But anyway, there's not just a double elimination. A girl could quit or a girl could be eliminated before panel.

Probably because Cycle 9 had the best cast everr and I'm still in awe. But the worst winner. I love you Kimberly, Janet, Sarah, Lisa, Chantal, Jenah, Heather. lol.

Its the same site that I get the episode titles from. I think its pretty much correct, either a double elimination or a girl quits/leaves.

Oh, crap. Sorry. Here I thought I was all smart.... Lol.

But anyway, I'm loving the promo. To be totally honest the race ratio (which I don't feel is important) looks fairly equal. I only eyeballed the pic, I didn't count. But I'm hoping it is just too blurry for us to see. I really want Julie and Stephanie to be on there. I don't think I see them. Also Jill, but I don't know what she looks like, so I wouldn't know anyway. But like I said it is not important. However, I don't really see a plus size girl. Maybe its just a "real sized" girl this year. A great excuse for her premature elimination.

Just so everyone knows, I'm going to try to remember to watch the CW to see if there is a promo. I'll let everyone know if I catch anything. I think its too early for a promo, but I'll still check.
