yeah but do you honestly think during a fashion show stam or coco get some applause?

here it wasn't a haute couture show for sure but it's art students, and heather is known as an art student and not as a famous reality tv girl so...

That's true Angkor. As I was thinking about, you're not really supposed to clapping during the show for the models per se. You're looking at the clothes and of course appreciating the models, but models are usually showcasing the "designers" clothes.

That's kinda' cool Heather is known as an art student and just as Heather, instead of a famous reality tv girl at school. I mean it's good to be known as yourself and have a regular life too. I'm sure she gets recognized outside of school, especially if you're a fan of Heather and care about her. I'm sure she gets her share of celebrity life which she deserves, but it's nice to have your own regular life too. Do you know what I mean?

I hope I'm making sense ...

Just a random thought, I don't get excited about Heather now even though I'm a fan of her during her cycle.

Whenever the Heather thread is bolded, I'm not too excited to open it. Maybe I'm just getting tired of her.

Well, I'm always happy to see Heather's thread bolded. I especially like hearing any news as she's starting her modeling career.

And to be honest with you, Sundae Morning, if I had the chance to attend the FAME 2008 Fashion Show, in my heart, I would want to clap for her. But being sometimes a chicken at heart, I would look around and if everyone was acting cool, well, I'd probably be cool too, but in my heart, if I heard one clap for her ,well I'd join in.

You were right to care and inquire why there was no clapping. The environment was probably geared toward the designers' designs and not so much the individual model, although we know that Heather is definitely a fan favorite !

Honestly, if clapping was a normal thing at runway shows, I doubt poor Heather and her walk would get too much applause.

Hey Heather fans,

A couple of days ago, I had inquired at our local news station if they could possibly post some footage from the recent FAME 2008 Fashion Show on their website. They said what they had shown in the news was a very short clip but that their camera crews had filmed more and they'd look into it.

I'll update you when I get some more news. Keep your fingers crossed !
