I didn't care much for her preshow, but after the casting I really like her. One of the few that seemed to come across with a really likeable personality in that episode. Hopefully she'll be able to overcome her insecurities so she doesn't get eliminated due to it.

I think she has an advantage because of her disability. She'll have a variety of movement in her shoots and all the photographers will just LOVE her. Her poses will definetly be extreme. Those bitches definetly have competition.

Coming from someone who has Asperger's, we're very visual, aesthetic people. We have great skills as visionaries. If Heather can show that in her photo shoots, then she will probably get very far.

I would just say it has various degrees of growth. I have Asperger's and my mother told me that when I was younger, I could hardly talk or complete sentences. I also always sat on the sidelines whenever people played sports. I was also told about how I once flipped out at a dentist for putting something in my mouth. I think generally speaking, the difference between people like me and Heather is that we grow with age unlike most Asperger's people. I think Tyra will like her a lot and form a soft spot for her. I'm just afraid she might turn out like a Brooke or Anchal who cracks under pressure. At the same time, I don't want them to be so easy on her to the point that they can't criticize her at all because she's autistic. I know a lot of kids watch ANTM at my school. At a local school, there was a kid with Asperger's who shot another student. Now, it seems everyone think's autistic kids are psychotic. I want this girl to come across as stable, sociable and relatable to break the stereotype.

My BF has Asperger too, so it's interesting to watch this cycle. You are right, Aspergers can definitely grow and learn. My boyfriend for example is very social and has a lot of friends. His only problem is that he doesn't know when to take thinks seriously. Like when someone jokes: "I hate you! ", he'll be like: "Really?! :o ". Because they said so. Of course someone with Asperger can understand that it's part of their problem, and will learn what's the "normal" reaction to such a thing, so no-one will notice. But it can make you very insecure. On the other hand, evil bitchez mean comments might not even get to Miss Heather .
