Probably my favorite girl this cycle next to Ebony and Jenah, but it was unfair to keep her over Lisa because at least Lisa had a decent commercial.

forget it, i've just seen it on youtube. I'm nervous, i never know what to think about the previews (like, last week they showed Lisa struggling and she really went home but the week before they didn't even mentioned Ambreal) ! i hope Bianca makes the fatal mistake

^ I think feeding lines is different than cue cards. All Heather had to do was mimic Mr. Jay. He was giving the proper vocal inflections and presenting it to her with attitude. And she still didn't pull it off! Cue cards are just in case you can't remember your lines. Heather was told exactly what to say and how to say it!
Tyra considered it favoritism because the other girls weren't given that kind of help. Lisa had a tough time and would have benefited from being fed the lines too ... but she didn't get that chance. Notice Tyra did not use the footage shot when Jay was feeding Heather. Even she thought it was unfair (and Tyra is the queen of unfair)!
... but I do think that Mr. Jay was giving her special treatment. Tyra and panel was probably giving her special treatment too by sugar-coating their criticism. Haha ... and by saying, "Wow, I didn't know you could look like this" instead of "What did they do to your nose?!"
