Ambreal's makeover - LOVE the Halle Barry look. Great job! The photoshoot was good, but not great. A Rose for Ambreal....hhhmmm, but I wish her face could have been a different look. She almost looked angry.

I like Ambreal's new makeover going short. I think she can be very successful--think Alek Wek and Atong Arjok (she is newer than Alek Wek, and she kind of is similar, but softer in the face than her). I am very glad more Africans with that different look are becomming popular, though I would love it if a Kenyan would make it big (that is where I am from).

Will she be a covergirl? I am skeptical. I think that will be a handicap to her in this competition for Covergirl to be the sponsor, since I don't see them picking her. I think she will be able to find work, but she is not the type of girl that Covergirl usually casts. They don't tend to go for the different kind of beauty that she has.

I just wonder how much power Tyra has, though. Covergirl and Seventeen will be giving the contract and photo spread. I would think they would want to approve the girl picked instead of Tyra just picking whoever she wants. But then, maybe they will be blown away by her. Who knows? My daughter does subscribe to Seventeen and I really think Ambreal would be a fresh, different look for them, but I think she will be able to find work in more high fashion settings, even though her look isn't common, but finally some African girls are starting to break through.

i hope ambreal can go far because she is unique. i dont think the previous cycle has one like her actually. but im not sure about her because everyone seems to just consider her as 'okay' instead of 'the best'.

twiggy needs to shut up for some reason because in my opinion, she is a bit pro blonde girl only.
