She's not signed with them. She's doing freelance work with them until she moves to NY.

She's scared to move so we will have to wait.

Well, it might be a good thing. A lot of girls have gotten a bad start getting signed to a big agency like Elite or Next, which is busy with supermodels. It's better for Jenah to start at a small agency and work her way up.
