Agencies usually make a girl too short an inch or two higher and girl too tall an inch or two smaller. In this case, Lisa is tall so they probably took an inch and a half off so designers wouldn't go, "TOO TALL BETCH NEXT" when they look at her statistics.

Because above 6 feet tall girls are hard to book. Just like 5'8" girls are sometimes listed as 5'9".
