Saleisha - Cycle 9

Tyra and co. want Saleisha to win, its sad. She has a weak portfolio compared to Heather, Jenah, and Chantal. :\ I do admit she has improved, but still doesnt reach the same level as Heather or Jenah.

Tyra and Nigel love her, shes in. Tyra and Nigel both don't like Jenah, and who was in the bottom two? >_>

There was a model on Project Runway 2, I think, named Tara that looked alot like Saleisha.

I cannot stand Saleisha. She cannot win. I mean, it compromise the validity of ANTM. I received this link from one of my friends this morning. Saleisha is a pretty girl but something is off about her. She is such a brown-noser. Go to Jezebel.com. It shows that Saleisha had more interaction with Tyra between camp and ANTM.

after watching the last episode, i am REALLY angry.

saleisha's favoritism is SO apparent.
every single week they give her the easiest set, the best photography, the best wardrobe, the best makeup, and about 100348279 undeserved compliments. so naturally, when given these compliments, she acts greatful and tries to be cute. thus, she has the best personality in the competition.

however,
jenah, who takes amazing photos, looks like a model, and clearly wants to win it; isn't constantly kissing up to the judges, and thus is an ice queen.

in real life, im a very sarcastic and cynical person myself, and most of my friends are too.
So i think that when jenah was talking to nigel, she was just trying to be personable.

I thought it was so unfair that jenah was attacked for her perfectly good personality. And believe me, there is nothing worse than being told you need to "stop being so arrogant" when you're simply kidding.


i cant believe bianca can get away with getting disqualified from the challenge, calling lisa a stripper, being a complete backstabber, and taking crappy photos.
yet jenah gets criticized for having a sense of humor.
i thought tyra was really rude, doing that whole "how do you describe a girl who's really sort of arrogant and thinks she knows everything?"

But when it comes down to it, if you sent bianca, saleisha, jenah, chantal, heather, and lisa into an agency... There's not a single one in the world that would chose bianca or saleisha over the other girls.

it's incredibly unfair how girls with potential are treated. and at this point, i kind of with they had eliminated jenah.

Jenah being on antm is like having someone with a Ph.D. from Harvard flipping burgers at burger king for a living.
saleisha is much more fit for the job.

if you put saleisha in a picture with any group of elite models(other than jaslene), just about anyone on earth would look at saleisha and go,
"so, is she their agent?"

she simply isnt a model.

actually they weren't saying anything was wrong with being sarcastic. They were saying there was a time and place for everything and there are ways that you are supposed to joke around with the people you work for as opposed to your peers. As far as selaisha goes I see no favoritism she could have gotten the easiest everything and did crappy but she didn't she was the only one other than heather in my opinnion who just had to stand there and look awesome (I so wish she nor lisa went home) who rocked the photo shoot.

If I remember she won challenges from actually designers who want her to walk on their runway with their clothes on so apparently someone other than Tyra likes her.

As far as personality goes what's wrong with being happy go lucky. Why should all models act like their bored with all the money they have. Tyra's very peppy and if I remember correctly she is a supermodel who has been very succesful

All in all my two favs have gone home but if any of the other girls win I don't really care but I like to give credit where credit is due. She came to the photoshoot with confidence, she tried different things and she did a great job and people should win competitions if they constantly improve and are not in the last set of people called and other people who are excellence personified can I say Nik verses nicole(who sucked in the covergirl commercial and still won) I would say things like that are unfair to people like heather and Lisa not complementing someone who did a great job and is trying her best to be less commercial.

I really thought Nik should have won instead of Nicole... She was way stronger and more striking in every aspects than Nicole. But I think Saleisha does try her best to be edgy like how the judges want her to be instead of being like Cassandra and just quiet because "it's not who she is", Saleisha follows their advice and tries her best and I think she's getting better and improving than when she first came in the show.

Saleisha follows their advice and tries her best and I think she's getting better and improving than when she first came in the show. That's what the judges love is when they give critcs and people use them to impove and that's what she's done and is still doing.

I mean the whole point of this photoshoot was to stand out in a crowd and I think she did that.
