Doubt it, Saleisha will not go away. Anyways I usually put the volume up when her covergirl commerical comes, I just love watching them. But I didnt get the point of the voting one, since im not old enough to vote.

So if Saleisha goes in, with her mediocre portfolio and way-to-bouncy walk, even though she's a terrible model she'll still get booked because she'll say "I wanna take you home with me! Yay!"?

^that is just your opinion and not the designers. the designer could think she has a great walk, personality and portofolio.

Or they could think she had a terrible walk, a terrible portfolio, and a fake personality.

It all depends, ya know?

All I was saying is that personality does not mean you get the job. If the designer thought she had bad photos and a bad walk, it would not mean that just because she had a good personality that she would get the job.

It pretty much depends on what the designer wants and thinks about the model. I just said that personality can help you get a job, i know it wont book the person the job but it can help. and walks and pictures can improve.

This is quiet true. We've recently had a model competition at our University and there was one girl who impressed us initially with her photos she submitted, but her lackluster personality during the photo-shoot didn't advance her to the next round.
