Advise for Saleisha. Since you don't look HF and people say you won because of your personality, why not take the Yoanna route. Do a TV hosting gig. Capitalize on your personality which is your strong point.

I just saw her at Elite LA. I always assumed that the contract would be with Elite NY, even though now that I think about it, Tyra never mentioned Elite NY explicitely, but I think this must be quite disappointing for Saleisha.
But it doesn't really surprise me. I don't think she would fit in the NY board, especially since it looks like Elite NY is trying to have a more high fashion image.
