Models are used in commercials ALL the time. Not actresses. She didn't speak a word.

Mercedes is a model, but she was in a Chili's commercial. She even had a line, but she is still considered a model and not an actress.

I agree. I don't see that happening though, this is Tyra's baby and she's in charge, and nobody is going to tell her what to do. Really, though, this is just a TV show primarily intended for entertainment and this all really doesn't matter in the whole scheme of things.

OK, so answer this.....why would an already semi-professional model who has already done a lot of modeling, TV work and print work NEED an "amateurs only" modeling competition show to "break into" the modeling profession?

Tyra needed a walking, talking T-Zone advertisment/endorsement and she got it last night.

Actually, I hope they DO strip her of the title. She didn't earn it, she didn't work for it HONESTLY and she certainly doesn't deserve it. She didn't even deserve to make it as far as she did. She should have been pruned with that hideous tulip photo.

Not only that, Tyra confirmed she wasn't the best by saying Jenah's portfolio stomps all over Saleisha's. She knew she was not the best so there's no excuse.

Saleisha fought for the title. No matter what she was in the competition and she showed that she tried her hardest to get good photos. She was not the best but saying she didn't fight for the title is far from being true.
