I saw her on Regis and Kelly. She looked great and tall as well. She said she was scouted and contacted through Myspace. I am one of the few people that supported her because I am a rebel with a cause (Chantal was my pre-show favorite and I would have been just as happy if she would have won).

Also it just like when Nicole won the Secret Ad challenge, it should have been a dead giveaway that she was going to be the winner when she won the runway challenge to walk in Paris.

Whatever, Saleisha. I don't blame the girl, she just said..okay...when she was told that she would win if she entered...as her friend Tyra told her so.
They obviously wanted an African American winner as they already did the blond and the Latina in the previous two cycles.
Saliesha is just fine for this type of competition. What bugs is the fact that really, as everybody notices right off the bat, there were so many more modelesque girls in this cycle with more moldeable faces and better bodies and it simply bugs that she would be praised over them.
I actually think the haircut saved her and they did know what they were doing because with that long curly hair, her head looked so big in comparison to her body and she was so unmodelly.
Anyhoo...no way she'll ever book anything non-related to Tyra...unless it's super commercial.

and for her future work...we'll see, maybe she'll surprizse us with a great cover or....hum...it will be more plausible to see her on the cover of a mushroom soup product

well I didn't watch regis and kelly but how was she, her hair especially?
I think it's a little bit longer from what I saw with the cw pic
and don't forget that haircut is what it makes her famous because other than that...nobody would talk about her except her five fans lol, arf I'm mean...whatever
