music video- it was terrible. simple as that.
car shot- same pose as she always does, and the face isn't pissed off. this picture is ok, but it doesn't fufill the brief.
covergirl- it looks posed.. and she looks drunk
chinese dragon- it's better than her others, but she still looks posed. it's like they photoshopped a teenage girl who wants to be a model into an elaborate set. she doesn't look like she knows what she's doing.
warrior- it's almost there. it just looks really vacant to me. like she's a ghost or something. she doesn't look like a warrior, she looks like a fallen warrior... kind of looks in pain..


out of 10, her portfolio gets a 5.

IMO, I dont think youre giving her enough credit. I thought her last 2 photos were some of the best pose wise. Facially she's almost there, but her posing in the warrior and chinese shoot were the best of the week.

Jaslene is a goddess compared to Saleisha. I didn't like Jaslene at all, and as upset as I was with her victory, I could understand the judges reasoning. Her fierce pictures were, well, fierce, and even though she was not sexy in the slightest... well, the point it, I personally didn't like her photos, but I could see the appeal.

With Saleisha, it's just a joke, she has made no substantial improvement whatsoever, sure, I find her prettier than Jaslene, but Jaslene was easily the better model. I don't understand the fawning over her lions and dragons, it looked SO forced and amateur, not at all strong. Saleisha is making it, because as Jenah said, it's a personality competitiong, and Saleisha is kissing ass in that respect.

you're probably right.
i liked her last picture, i did.
but i still don't think it's good enough.

and i swear there were better shots of jenah and chantal that week..

I love Jaslene too, she's gorgeous. Saleisha has the ability to be even better than Jaslene after the show and I think she will be.

Thanks for the keywords for the commercial. She looked really pretty.

Great post, totally articulated what I feel! I can see how people can think Jaslene is modelly. Jaslene is definitely not prettier than Saleisha, but she is more striking. Standing with other real models, Saleisha will easily be lost in the crowd, imo.

That is true, Saleisha does not and will not stand out. During the Rami Kashou fashion show on the tyra show, she blended in with other models. She fits and blends in with the stock models, nothing shines through. If any one watched the Wendy's commercial, she looked half asleep in there and the blonde girl with her totally stole the spotlight.

Although she might have "improved" on her last dragon and great wall shoots, I think her profile faces are the same, so that just cancels any positives she made. If Saleisha improved, then Jenah and Chantal improved ten times over.

I completely disagree with your comment. Well I don't know about the Wendy's commercial cause I never saw that. But during the Rami Kashou fashion show, she stood out to me, her walk was by far the best her hair was much better, she did not look commercial to me at all, her eyes were piercing and she didn't have to try hard and it looked effortless. The only negative thing about it was she could have given Tyra a longer dirty look, she looked at her only 1 second or so, that was the part that I didn't like. I'm sorry but Jenah and Chantal did not improve, they were always about the same level since the beginning which is definitely very high. If they did improve it would probably be one level or two... not as much as Saleisha's improvement. I don't know why you all say Saleisha had the same profile face but hm..

Tulip Shot - "I'm sleepy" look
Cover Girl - "OVERSMILED" look
Burning Car - "I'm hot" look
So those are just few examples and to me those face profiles did not look the same or similar.

that photo is just so beautiful to me. But its the makeup and wardrobe that make it pretty. The pose helps too, but how many times has Saleisha done that pose? And her face is dead.
Any way, I would just like to say that I do not support Saleisha, but I do support Saleisha's fans!! They have put up with a lot this cycle and are still very positive and friendly! good job guys!
