But she didn't say anything. While the girls were running their mouths and being ignorant, she just chose not to participate.

Here's what I didn't get about that. If Victoria was friendly with the girls, why didn't she try to explain her point of view to the other girls? That's like seeing something bad being done but not doing anything to stop it.

Also, it's funny how when Victoria blames the editing, she gets a free pass but every single other girl that has blamed the editing, always gets ripped apart for blaming it on the editing.

I believed Jade when she said it was just the editing, she seemed fine.

Monique said she played it up for the camera, so there was no excusing that.

Who else really got a harsh edit? The later seasons have become ridiculous with the editing they do; it's so obvious that most of these girls are nothing like the character they show on TV. I give the benefit of a doubt to all of them, even Bianca to an extent. There are some things though, that you can't edit in like Bianca saying "Is that makeup making you break out?".

They can edit a few words from a sentence, cut to a reaction from someone (from a totally different conversation), cut to a reaction from the first person (from a different point in the conversation) and have DRAMA

I may not be an editing wiz, but I do have enough common sense to realize that Victoria's voice was not altered. Her contemptuous facial expressions obviously matched her voice. She wouldn't be frowning and rolling her eyes to a happy and cheerful voice, would she? Her snarky tone matched her snarky expression.

YES! Exactly. I completely agree. Some people seem to be so enamored by Victoria that they don't realize how ironic they're being.

they get ripped apart by the same people who dislike the girl from day one, no matter what is real or fake.


and again how do you, or i ,not know she did not explain whatever to the girls.. they never show a whole conversation on antm, they 'the hills' it.. one sentence or two back and forth and on to the next scene.. and if you do not believe the girls liked victoria or were as close as she has lead to believe.. watch the scenes where the girls are together (i am thinking the last episode off the top of my head, where they show victoria say something about just wanting to go to the library) We hear her say that and think my god, she needs to go, she does not want to be there.. well if you pay attention to the girls she is telling this to, they are all laughing and having a good time and find what she says as hilarious and not meant seriously or as a complaint. Even bianca is having a good time with victoria. We also do not get to hear what came before that.. we only hear 'i would rather be at a library' and then she is condemed as someone who does not want to be there.. She said she tried out as joke but once on the show she was there to win.. and i dont see what is wrong with that.. it's that whole Sara from cycle 6 all over again i do not get it.. I want talented girls so its sad that one left... go youtube the episodes.. find all those moments of victoria and the girls.. mute off the commentary and just watch how the girls are, without distraction from emotional music or voiceovers.. they seem to get along just find to me... god knows if she was annoying bianca would of called her out on it and such a moment would have made it on air, but it did not because she got along with everyone and had no issues or beef to show.

If she really wanted to be there, she would have performed better. For example, she thought the cactus shoot was riduculous (I did too!) and as a result, she didn't perform as well because she took it as a joke. Had she really wanted it, she would've thought it was stupid but she would have gone along with it anyway and totally played it up.

Also, she said she didn't practice her posing because she thought it was silly or useless or something like that. That's like snobbing her nose at the other girls who took it more seriously. She's indirectly saying she thinks the girls who practiced before are taking things too seriously. That's kind of like calling them stupid.

Then there's the comment she made to Chantal. Chantal did bad at the roses shoot and was really upset about it. She was telling Victoria and some other girl about it and Victoria said "You weren't the best baby's breath you could be!" in kind of an antagonizing manner. Chantal was too spacey to get that Victoria was making fun of her manner of reacting so seriously to a silly photoshoot.

I don't think Victoria is rude and I thought she was right in what she did with the judges. I think that there's just something off about her. Like she doesn't want to upset anyone but she's somewhat passive-agressive about it. In a way, it's kind of like the complete opposite of Bianca (someone who wants to upset her competition and is aggressive about it). There should be more of a balance like an in between.

I thought she was passive-aggressive towards some of the girls in her comments and the judges. The thing is that Victoria is too refined to come off as being completely inpolite. It's subttle but it's there.

She is very natural at taking a picture. Reminds me a bit of Michelle C7. She tends to really be great at the shoots. You know, at least the ones that aren't beneath her.

she said in an interview that she smoked on rare occasions but i do not think she has ever said she was a real smoker

Also, when she said "First of all..." when interrupting Twiggy mid sentence when Twiggy was talking about her prickly personality.
If someone interrupted me in mid sentence with, "First of all lets get one thing straight...."
I would take that as someone being very confrontational and I would not react well.
Like....I might have to stand up and walk over to them.

If you’re referring to the first photo shoot when she was talking to Lisa, I don’t see how it was snobby or above anything when Lisa was laughing at Victoria for whatever they were talking about. All we hear is Lisa ask Victoria to show some poses and show a little of what she’s going to do. Victoria says she has no idea and that she’s going to wing it. Which makes Lisa laugh and then we see them laughing together as the music plays over it and Victoria doing a voice over... I don’t pick up any indirect snobbish behavior from that... or especially how they cut out (I believe its an extra extended scene on the site or on youtube) where we hear a little more of the conversation where Victoria tells Lisa something along the lines of 'for something like this you just got to not about it too much and just go out there' which actually is great advice.. I doubt Michelle practiced constantly in front of the mirror... she just went out there and did what came natural which is what makes a model.. Any one can pose but not everyone is a model....

And another nod that the girls liked her is Bianca, Chantal, jenah and heather talking about missing Victoria and being sad... it’s an extra on cw... Chantal saying she doesn’t think she will continue and Bianca saying she hope she’s does and Chantal agreeing... jenah also says she thinks Victoria overanalyzed her self too much at panel

I also find it funny, that even the mini extras are heavily edited as you'll notice they murmur out some dialogue after the I miss Victoria line, before cutting to that over analyzing at panel remark. so who knows what jenah said before that remark, the context unknown... and also how Chantal says she doesn’t think Victoria will continue, then they cut to Chantal saying I’ve wanted this all my life blah blah... got to give Chantal some exposition… Editing... A wonderful tool..
