I'm really disappointed in Victoria. She had a *lot* of modeling potential, but she could not read people or even pick up a hint about not talking back to someone in a position of authority over you. This isn't Tyra being evil - who cares if Tyra or Twiggy is right or wrong. Tori couldn't even figure out how to shut up and complain about it later.

For a smart girl, she really doesn't have any common sense. Hopefully she at least learned how to do that and she'll do better in life. Tyra was right about one thing - if Tori gave that kind of attitude to a boss when she was brand new to a job, they'd can her too.

as much as i liked her, her whining about everything they did was getting annoying last night.
i think it was her showing insecurity though, she didn't believe in herself as a model, and so she complained instead of getting emotional about how hard it was getting for her.

UGH! I'm so mad that Victoria went home. I absolutley had faith that she'd at least make it a bit further.

She had a lot of modeling potential, and I'm kinda sad to see her go to early. And surprised also. Just because she has such a special face, and such an awkward vibe to her that made her so special.

Esp. in the rock climbing photoshoot, that was great and I wanted to see more. :[

Not to be mean but I'm kind of glad she went home. She's a pretty girl but her heart wasn't really into it. Like she said in the epidsode it was only her dream like 3 weeks ago. Maybe if her heart was in it she would have mad it pretty far.

Given how this show is run, I'm surprised that Victoria's attitude got her eliminated when it could have been exploited for good tv.

And since when did the judges become so trigger-happy with defensive contestants? Ancient Jade was given tons of more latitude than Victoria, and they kept Jade around until the top three! What ever happened to equal treatment? Oh yeah I forgot, Victoria is more highly educated, which has always been a defeating factor on ANTM.

I love how Victoria made a comment in voiceover at the end, that made it sound like she was giving up a space on the show for someone who wants it more. Um, honey, it wasn't your choice to leave!

Talent or not, when somebody acts like they dislike what they're doing (um, Elyse at the beginning), I don't see why anyone would give them a chance. Too many people want it badly, and are willing to work for it, to waste your time trying to convince someone like Victoria to stay with it.

jade wasn't confrontational with the judges though. Victoria was very snappy and she talked back. And two weeks in a row her picture was mediocre.

victoria's pictures were amazing.

she just made the judges look bad when they couldn't answer her questions.

she thought the show was a joke, which it kind of is in terms of real modeling. just because she didnt sob about how much modeling means to her, doesnt make her a bad person.

and they always provoked her anyway! remember when tyra was like "so do you think you are smarter than the other girls? and tory was like "um ... no, not really" and then tyra goes "come on now, tell us" what the hell is she supposed to say? boo manipulation. yay good pictures.

agreed. jade was kinda weird but at least her heart was in it and she performed when she had to. victoria knew she was gettin into when she signed up, so her constant whining made me want to smack her off the set of the show.

I agree that they should not have eliminated Tory. They should have eliminanated someone else( someone other then Tory,Ebony Heather or Sarah).
