OMG GOD FORBID. That would be worse than Miss Jay, who I absolutely hate.

Mr. Jay should be a permanent member of the judging panel, though. seriously, he knows the entire other side of the girls (when they're doing the photoshoot!)

I was impressed with how he critiqued Melrose and CariDee last year when he was a judge during the final two. He had the most insightful and spot-on things to say in regards to Mel and Cari.
