One asian models that I think looks good besides Devon and Ai is Chiling Lin! She is a supermodel in her homeland Taiwan. She might be a wee bit comercial for some of you guys though hahaha

She's a wee bit of swimsuit model, a wee bit of editorial model, a wee bit of runway model and a wee bit of actress.

I just realized that I broke the rules by posting two people who are not really models (in my own defense, they were at least modeling pictures ). Sorry, I think I've made my point.

funkalicious, pretty/safe isn't bad. I like Nina Brosh; she's half-Chinese, half-Russian. I don't know whether she's considered commercial or not, but I think she's most famous for her Bebe ads.






My other more commercial favorite is Tasha Tilberg, whom CCL posted earlier. I'm not looking forward to the insider video ads again this season, though; I can recite the annoying Molly Sims one by heart.

I have to add though, that I generally like older looking models. For a while I liked the Gemmas and the Heathers, but now the whole Baby Doll thing is wearing thin because in the same way that Heather looks perfect in a cute 'baby doll' dress, seing one of them in a real va-va-voom type deal looks strange. I've moved onto more mature looking models.

Here's a beautiful model, Natasha Poly, that is truly gorgeous. Salome, if you like Erin and Hana I'm guessing you like her too .However, she does the bite the cheeks thing - which I'm not opposed to - too much. Like, to the point where its obvious and kind of silly looking. Anyways, here:

Aw, you've got to love Tasha Tilberg in the Cover Girl ads! Though I wouldn't say that she was necessarily that commercial apart from the CG ads.

She reminds me a bit of Alexis Bledel. Tasha is supposed to have a spread in the March W so I'll have to check that out. (By the way, did any of you read about her suing Next?)

I'm not so sure about the cheek sucking thing. I feel that sometimes it looks good in photos, but most models don't pull it off. Its all about moderation, but when you've got dark shadows under the apple of your cheeks, and then a pillow around your lips... it looks ridic. Especially on the runway, where lighting is from above - its so easy to tell when they're faking it! She does have incredibly cheek bones though regardless...

It's true that she's not very commercial (whatever the word means). Neither is Nina Brosh, really, but I don't go very far in that direction... Tasha does remind me of Alexis Bledel, fellow Gilmore fan! They both make the perfect Snow White.

Okay, I really never knew that models sucked in their cheeks on purpose. This is sending my whole universe spinning off axis... (-ANTM-: Well, yes, I also like Natasha Poly, especially for runway! But she's not one of my favorites.)
