I agree, isn't Queen Latifah a lesbian? And it doesn't seem to matter cause she still models for CoverGirl.

There is nothing wrong with being a lesbian. There may be lesbians in the modeling industry but they are not out, at least not the ones on the commercial side of the business.

I do think CG would care, they are a mainstream / middle American brand and probably do not want to risk the controversy of hiring an openly gay novice model. Perhaps they will take the risk with one of their celebrity models but not with a new face.

Yes, I see what you mean. That maybe so..., but I seriously doubt that Eva's lesbian, or at least having any affair with Missy Elliot(?)... seriously.

I just saw Eva's Essence cover at Target. It's one thing seeing the photos online, but on the actual cover - wow! They definitely picked the right girl that cycle, even with her faults. She just sparkles. Of all the magazines at the checkout counter (and there were probably 20), Eva's is the first one I noticed. And it was on the bottom shelf!
