Re: Top 10 discussion What cracks me up is that sometimes the judges, this season, have been telling some of the acts that they are just not good enough but they put them through to Vegas. I mean, c'mon, the judges need a reality check. The baton twirler, the singer who's in the services both should have made it over the 4 yr. old and the Elvis impersonator. Don't we have an overload of Elvis impersonators. Does he only do Elvis impersonations?

Re: Top 10 discussion I really don't see another Terry Fator amongst them, if any of them think they are going to get the same kind of Vegas deal Terry did. Well they are delusional IMO.

Re: Top 10 discussion Of the 10, Nuttin' But Strings would be the one act to get the closest to what Terry Fador got. I totally enjoyed Queen Emily, Donald Braswell, Eli Mattson, Nuttin' But Strings, and Neal E Boyd (in that order). For the rest of the competition, Neal was my #1 choice. Eli's piano playing also makes him one to look for. I totally enjoyed this season.

Re: Top 10 discussion Nuttin But Strings is very talented but for me, I don't think I could listen to 1 1/2 hour of straight music. I like vocals. Queen Emily, she's a good singer but her voice is just okay, not outstanding. She needs to stand out. Wright kids are cute, talented but vocally they just are not quite ready for this competition. They need more vocal training. Younger boy is so cute with his serious look.

Re: Top 10 discussion I could listen to Eli Mattson and Donald Braswell for 1-1/2 hrs. Queen Emily is great too. Neal Boyd - stick to opera but for 1-/2 hrs with no stage presence - NO WAY. Nuttin But Stringz - could also carry 1-1/2 hr and should win it. Those should be the top 5. The rest - nada! Get the kids outta there. They are being exploited by their parents. Does anyone think a 4 year old could do a 1-1/2 hr. show? She's cute and can remember the words, but her voice is wobbly and babyish. What were they thinking to put her in the top 40. The Wright Kids - basically same as Kaitlyn. The impersonators - Elvis is pretty and looks very much like the real deal, but needs to hone his act. I can see him as a lounge act - same for the Sinatra impersonator (at least they don't lip synch). The pretty girl singer - again, a lounge act. Fix her up with the Elvis impersonator and have a duet of romantic songs.

Re: Top 10 discussion Why can't we have more than a final 5? I would love to see Neal, Queen, Donald, Eli, Nuttin But Strings, & Joseph Hall in finale. Nuttin But Strings are so talented I'll be surprised if they don't take it all. But how great to see the others get far enough to follow their dreams to stardom. Neal wow's me when he signs opera. Queen E is so versatile. Eli was terrific on piano last night & reminds me of Billy Joel. My Texas boy Donald Braswell does us proud & I hope he will get Broadway or other offers and I absolutely love....Joseph Hall who takes me back to my youthful crush on Elvis so hope he makes top five and will sing...... VIVA LAS VEGAS and rock the house!!!!!!!!!! ![]()
