I think Jerry is doing an awesome job. He seems so encouraging to all the conestants! He seems so nice and enjoyable. He's almost a big ol' papa bear lol.

Jerry's "other" show is, unfortunately, a real slice of American life. The "seedy" side.

AGT also a real slice of American life. The more "average" side.

In both cases, he works with real people. I think that is a big reason why I like him.
