| Sharon Osborne - Judge ![]() Sharon Osborne Sharon Osbourne joins as a judge on "America's Got Talent," NBC's summer reality competition series, which brings the variety format back to the forefront of American culture. Osbourne and her rock icon husband, Ozzy Osbourne, took America by storm in 2002 when they starred with their family in the reality series "The Osbournes," which won an Emmy as Outstanding Non-Fiction Program that year. Osbourne also served as co-producer and executive producer of the series. Her career in the music industry has spanned several years, managing numerous successful artists' careers over the years, including Ozzy's. In 1996, she created the successful Ozzfest summer touring festival, which went on to become a prime rock occasion and celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2006. Osbourne's additional television credits include judging on the U.K.'s "The X Factor" from 2004-06 and guest starring on "Will & Grace," NBC's "Days of our Lives" and "Punk'd," among many other American series. Plus, she hosted her own daytime talk show, "The Sharon Osbourne Show," and has appeared on "The 46th Annual Grammy Awards," "The 54th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards," "The 2003 MTM Video Awards," and "The 30th Annual American Music Awards." She's also the author of her autobiography, "Sharon Osbourne Extreme: My Autobiography." | |

| Re: Sharon Osborne - Judge Ah yes. Because Brandy is all set to go to on trial for manslaughter... so they bring in a 2nd British judge, to help you know... emphasize the "America" part of the title... ![]() Meanwhile, The Hoff is left holding the bag representing the U.S. (and Germany, and Jack Daniels, and Budweiser, and Crazytown).

| Re: Sharon Osborne - Judge I think she will be good. She will probably not hold back and tell the competitors what she really thinks. Could be fun. ![]() | |

| Re: Sharon Osborne - Judge I watched this last night, and I though Sharon was great. There was no need for Piers to start telling the cheerleading kid that her mother is an evil manipulator. By all means turn the kid down, but don't try to destroy the child's relationship with her mother, especially since the mother seemed like a nice sort. I usually enjoy his comments, but that really was cruel and unnecessary. I loved it when Sharon stormed out. I also thought he was unbecomingly nasty to the child singer who sang "I'm Telling You I'm Not Going." He could have said more or less the same thing without being so vicious. It was NOT amusing to see a grown man really trying hard to publicly humiliate a child. |

| Re: Sharon Osborne - Judge That whole bit with Sharon exiting in a huff and the drama that followed seemed awfully contrived and Springer-esque to me.
