Have you ever done anything similar to Amazing Race?
We just came home from a cruise on the Mexican Riviera. On Friday - an "at sea" day with no shore stops - we took part in an abbreviated version of Amazing Race on the ship. We've been on this particular ship THREE TIMES, so we figured we could find things pretty quickly.
I'm embarrassed to admit that we came in 4th out of the 4 teams. Amazing how tricky those clues are, and how hard it is to see the next clue when it's RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! It was fun, though, to run up and down the steps and around the decks. We had to play shuffleboard to get one clue and do other not-too- difficult tasks. Unfortunately, the stop at the ice cream parlor did NOT include eating a cone to get the next clue.
How about you folks? Anyone get to enjoy participating in an Amazing Race knockoff????
