    Skinny Racers

    Is it me or do the women look like they are loosing a lot of weight during the race? Kami and Karli look particularly gaunt but Nicole and Christie are also looking mighty skinny. (Good thing she didn't shave her head!)

    i think they are already "skinny" meaning sexy when they started the show then as they go on, they lose weight coz of the running and screaming..hehe

    Yeah, the ATCs are here! It's really awesome.

    I'm guessing the girls aren't eating much. It's hard to have an appetite when you're so stressed out. Plus, they're burning calories like crazy! I wonder how much weight they ended up losing in total.

    It's possible they may have puked sometime after reaching the pitstop, Karli included.

    Maybe we are on to something here. The TAR diet. In the case of Kami and Karli constantly running around like a headless chicken seems to spell lots of calories expended. Other TAR diet techniques:
    • swim across a channel rather than walk
    • race past the same flag four or five times
    • run around the pyramids at least three times before finding a flag (or a clue!)
    • after consuming a terrifying amount of egg or caviar, keep a white bucket (um) handy
    Shaken, not stirred.
