Wow! That was a great interview! Thanks so much for posting the site. Reichen is hot inside and out, what a lucky man that Chip is!

I have always had a soft spot for homosexuals. Probably because I hate the fact that people can get so cruel towards them. Reichen and Chip are (from what limited exposure I've had to their relationship) a very great couple and seem to compliment each other very well. I absolutely loved the picture of their ceremony, it was very touching. I hope they win the race or come very close to winning.

Yoffy lifts a finger...
What great photos.
Thanks so much to Reichen's mum for sending them and to the guys for giving permission.
I love that wedding photo, they look so happy.

Thank you Reichen and Chip
Hello everyone, greetings from Kuala Lumpur!
After watching the episode where Reichen & Chip were in Kota Kinabalu
I felt kinda bad and must apologise for the behaviour of the taxi/boat
drivers that almost drove both of them mad. Hey Reichen and Chip, maybe
the next time you are there again the locals won't be confused when you
say "udang" (lobster) and "ikan" (fish).
After seeing you guys on TAR4 I really like to say thank you.
Here goes (in no particular order):
Thank you for making me laugh when you dressed up as vampires.
Thank you (Reichen) for not taking off everything in Instinct magazine
[I believe some parts are only to be seen by Chip].
Thank you (Reichen) for the amazing interview in Instinct mag. Were you flying
to Virginia to see Chip? Is Chip the boyfriend you moved in with in LA?
Thank you for giving me a panic attack when you guys were racing to
the pitstop in India.
Thank you for showing kindness and unselfishness especially allowing Debra
to share your room and letting Monica/Sheree to follow your lead when they
asked for it.
Thank you (Reichen) for bringing tears to my eyes when you told of your
difficult times in the airforce and of your wedding anniversary.
Thank you for crossing path with each other 5 years ago!
Thank you (Reichen) for touching my heart during the traditional blessing
ceremony when you mentioned that it felt like getting married all over again
and kept looking and smiling at Chip.
Thank you (Reichen) for moving me to tears when you cried seeing the slumps
Thank you (Chip) for melting my heart when you openly call Reichen "Honey"
Thank you for not fighting and arguing at the most trying times even
when other teams were at each other's throats.
Thank you for teaching me to "think out of the box" when you make your own
decisions and not follow others blindly.
Thank you for helping me to believe in love at first sight and romance again.
Thank you (RC's mum) for sharing the awesome pictures of Reichen and Chip.
[I really hope there will be more].
Thank you for setting up an innovative company and I *promise* to check out
your services if I make it to LA.
Thank you for having an easy-to-remember zip code (90210)!
Thank you for making me giggle when you guys wore clogs and had to carry leavy
loads of cheese.
Thank you for cheering for each other during the detours.
Thank you for not arguing over who gets to do the next detour.
Thank you for allowing your team mate to do things his way at detours.
Thank you for teaching me humility and integrity when you guys did not join in
and poke fun at Millie the Mole even though she is a pain and once hurt Chip's lip .
Thank you for working things out and not giving up when you guys make mistakes.
Thank you (Reichen) for making me laugh aloud seeing you so adorable in braces.
Thank you (Reichen) for making my heart melt seeing you smile impishly when blindfolded.
Thank you for being married and not having pre-marital sex.
Thank you for dressing up decently and not over-exposing yourselves during the race.
Thank you for hugging and sighing with relief when you guys make it into each leg.
Thank you for saying thank you and smiling to everyone around you even after
going through a tough time (especially in India).
Thank you (Chip) for teaching me that sometimes it's okay to over-analyse things.
Thank you (Reichen) for helping me to get things down now instead of procastinating [I would
have not written this if it wasn't for you]
Thank you for sharing a part of your history with everyone.
Thank you for showing that good guys always finish first.
Phew...what a long list! I must admit you guys have really touched
my heart and it doesn't matter if you guys win or lose TAR because in my eyes you are
already *true winners* in every sense.
RC's mum, have you thought about a book/website on your wonderful son
and son-in-law? Their story needs hearing!
I have a very cute yearbook picture of Reichen that I would like to share but
only with Reichen, Chip and RC's mum's consent. What do you guys think?
When are your birthdays and wedding anniversary?

Wow! What a list and what a message! It must be trully inspiring. As to the pre-martial sex thing...LOL, I am still giggling over this one. I think you might have confused Millie/Chuck for Reichen/Chip on this one. I must also say I am very satisfied with what I have seen of them thus far not just their performance on the race but their true colors as persons and a couple. Many people have used the word 'fairytale' to describe it and I wholeheartly agree. In TAR3, if John Vito and Jill were considered the model couple, I think TAR4, this spot is definitely filled by Reichen and Chip. I wouldn't be disappointed if they weren't going to win this race afterall not because I don't want them to win but I feel no matter what happened at the end, this race is already very meaningful with or without the $1 million dollars.

Yeah, Reichen and Chip has brought new hope and inspiration to all of
us in these times when gay people are looked down upon, loathed,
condemned and laughed at... They make us PROUD again of who we
are... and they give us STRENGTH to face ridicules and judgments...
and they give us HOPE to live our lives with DIGNITY and RESPECT.
They made us see that... first and foremost that we are HUMAN BEINGS
- individuals who have feelings... and not mere sexual beings and sinners. And that we too believe in LOVE and COMMITMENT.
To tell you frankly, I wasn't even ecstatic when I learned that
a married gay couple was going to be on the show. I thought:
"OK, another pretty boys from LA". But as I follow them thru
each episodes, their inner beauty started to shine! True,
they are ruggedly handsome, affluent and well educated.
They have both a very impressive bio data and resume to boast. But,
what impressed me the most about these two (aside from all the
things that you said), is the beauty of their SOUL! These two
truely are rare gems - a diamond in the ruff!!!

KevC, welcome to FORT and good job on a brilliant first post.
I believe Reichen & Chip have just broken every existing stereotypical mold on gay people and gay realationships. While there may be some who are quick to condemn just because of the fact that they are gay, there are many more who look beyond that to see the beauty they possess as human beings.
If anything, they've taught me about humility, understanding, tolerance and acceptance. And above all, respect.

I have to chime in. Kev, wonderful post. That was very touching and I know it comes from the heart and ditto with everything you said. I hope Reichen and Chip get a chance to read your post and everybody else's positive sentiments here. I don't know if they realize how much they have touched people's lives. While I would love for them to win the race, they are already winners in my book.
Maybe one of the moderators who has Mum's email can direct her to this post. I too would love if they have a website after the show. Just can't get enough of them, I guess. In fact, I emailed People Magazine and US to request them to do a spread on our favorite couple. I also would love to see them on Oprah.
