Well Phil did say in the interview that Flo was the first one that REALLY wanted to quit the race unlike others who where just going through frustrations.

Fine interview, John. Have you been to TAR3's website and played the final preview? Two American road signs appear briefly. I couldn't make out the words with my monitor's res--how about a private eye scrutinization/some vidcaps?

Unfortunately, I can't do videos from the CBS web site. I'm connected to the internet (until next week) at 28.8k, making videos like that impossible to play.

Let's move talk about spoilers off the Phil thread, though. Some people don't want to read anything about spoiler information, and we shouldn't spread it around where they might stumble across it.

Great interview! Phil seems like a really cool guy. Most hosts of reality TV shows bug me, even Jeff, but Phil doesn't bother me at all.

    BravoFan,

Grindelwald is beautiful! As well as the Giesenbach Falls below it. I had to go back a second time during my journey thru Europe 15 years ago.

    Thanks for the info Kel!

I think I'll start bugging Mr. BF about anniversary plans

Super interview John! Thanks to Phil for taking the time and CBS for setting it up. You interviewed him before the finale air and he didn't give us fair warning about a Flo and Zach victory though. It was fun to hear about Momily and the Frat Boys again, as it does sound like he keeps in touch with the former contestants. Tell Phil's "extended family" they are welcome here any time.

Phil, I don't know if you lurk or not, but I heard you were a hit at the TARcon3 party in New York City. I'm kind of depressed I wasn't there. I hope you don't decide to pull an Anderson Cooper and go on to bigger and better things, because The Amazing Race wouldn't be the same without you.

And thank you for the interview!

    Fantastic interview John.

Phil, if you lurk here, keep up the great work!
