And I'm a sucker for teams who go on the show to build their relationship.

I usually always love the parent/child team. I really liked Duke & Lauren from TAR10, and they pretty much had the same situation: a father and daughter who want to make up for the part. Too bad D&L didn't stay for long. So here's hoping Ron and Christina stick around for awhile!

I'm talking about TAR. BB or any other reality doesn't relate to my post above.

They look so sweet. I think they'll be entertaining.

I just wonder since when is a Princeton PHd working for the government as a policy anaylist not a workaholic......If nothing else this team will try hard....kinda rooting for them....

Acutally, I did! Haha. They did pull together when they really needed to, although I think these two will be a LOT classier in their dealing with the other teams. Just don't give papa a glass of iced tea...just in case.

Christina hopes the Race will allow her father--a self-proclaimed workaholic--to stop and smell the roses and provide them with some meaningful time together.
Has Christina ever watched the show? There's no time to "stop & smell the roses!"

I was predisposed to like them because they are from the local area. I was quite pleased with what we actually saw on screen this week. I loved Ron singing "Danny Boy" while doing the Roadblock and Chris's line about donkeys having souls. They seem to be smart, nice and in decent shape so hopefully they can stick around until the end. I am a little worried about the scene from the preview for next week though.

^ Yes, he was cracking me up too, singing "Danny Boy." And the little dance at the welcome mat was funny too. So far, I really like this team, esp. the dad.
