Thread: Teri and Ian

John, when Ian was badgering Teri on her repel, she finally had had enough and exclaimed "Ian, shut up". Or something like that. Anyway, she distinctly pronounced it 'Eye-an'. I thought that odd, since I had never heard it pronounced that way.

Either it is uniquely his, or perhaps her 'pet' name for him.

Maybe its Teri's codeword for "Ian, you're being an ass, and here is my clue, I'll call you I-an."

    I noticed that too PKeeper.
It was rather strange that she pronounced it that way.

What made me madder than anything with Ian this week is when Teri asked "what if the harness undoes?"

And Ian immediately says "then you fall". I was thinking "you ass, she's being brave enough to drop down a 300-foot cliff face for your zero-shot at a million bucks, you could at least be a tiny little eensy-weensy bit supportive."

It never fails to amaze me that she can for the most part put up with him without getting too angry.
He really does humiliate her at times.

How Teri is putting up with Eye-an is beyond me. Yes, he get props for taking care of the gasoline thing relatively quickly and efficiently without losing his cool, but it was his mistake in the first place. If he had looked at the little door where it plainly said DIESEL...Like Fluff said, though, I'd like to see how he would have handled it if Teri had made the mistake. Maybe the gasoline screw-up was just the humbling experience Eye-an needed. Of course, from the scenes for next episode where he's arguing w/ Flo over the cab, we know that isn't the case.

And, I swear to God, if I hear "Hooyah" one more time...:rolleyes

I didn't realise Ventura was still the Governor.

That'a a claim to fame akin to Brookes "Albertville is the fire hydrant capital of the world " comment on The Bachelor last night.

If I was Teri, I'd have cut the rope when Ian was partway down.

Speaking of which, did you see that all of the male/female teams let the woman go first, except one? Guess which one...

Guess who-yah was gung-ho to go first?
