    Destinations

FYI, I have compiled a list of all destinations through the previous seasons of the Amazing Race, give or take a few spelling errors...now let's speculate about where to next, what areas are left to be covered in future seasons, when I take part in the race :wink

I'm guessing episode 7 is in india, in a slightly rural town from what i judge in the preview. 26 hours train ride from mumbai to where ever seems a long way to who know where. Also in the preview the place doesn't look very populated and i'm sure you don't get lots of elephants in a packed place like delhi

note:its gmunden, austria NOT gmund, that was the fatal mistake russell and cindy took.

I'm quite certain the next leg takes the teams to South India, to the province of Kerala, or possibly Tamil Nadu.

Believe it or not, there are annual races in Kerala in which participants are basically dragged through muddy rice paddies by oxen.

Kerala is a GORGEOUS part of India, with lovely beaches lined with coconut palms. Tamil Nadu is home to many awesome temples, especially a gigantic temple complex in Chidambaram, as well as teh bustling city of Chennai (formerly Madras).

*ahem* Mexico is considered part of North America.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they went to Alaska in TAR2 and Will & Tara lost their clue. I vaguely remember the teams having to crush a block of ice with tools from a hardware store, and then having to travel in one of those four-seat planes.

Clearly, I am blind, as I completely missed something in the Big Brother forums too, despite reading it over three times. Feh.

But yeah, Mexico is Noth America.

I'd love to see them go to the Panama Canal.

My wife who is Thai thinks they will be in Thailand agian because of the previews. She knows there are elephants in India, but the surroundings seem familiar to her.
