Would it be against the rules to get a child to translate?

Wow. The cowboys really blew the transportation and are in last. Good thing they have an express pass, though if they get to the play park fast enough, they may be better at putting stuff together. Most people who work on ranches have had to repair things fairly regularly.

I wouldn't think so. They can ask locals for help in other things. But wouldn't there be some adults around to ask too? I mean, aren't some of those kids coming to the park with parents, nannies, older siblings etc.? Or are they just dropped off there like some kind of gigantic nursery school?

The cowboys are a strong team but sometimes they suck bad. Like in the first leg of Season 18 where they couldn't figure out a word puzzle and fell in last place.

Cowboys might have to burn that Express Pass, they're in last place.

My current anger and frustration has part of me wanting cowboys to go out since I know everyone in America loves them.

Depends on how old they are and how much English is taught in China, I would think.

I'm not sure about China, but I know people in the Philippines, who lived there all their lives, who can speak good English. apparently it's taught there at a young age.
