I agree, I see them as that double-standard type possibly, too. And while they may be well-traveled, it may be that their luxury standard for traveling is much higher than what they will have to endure with TAR. If they are high maintenance, might not last long.

Also, I seem to have misread and confused the sisters, lol-- Marianna is the "mean" one; so, I may end up liking Julia more. Julia might still be the drama queen, though.

They look like they're going to be trouble. I can see them getting into it with the all blond team of two.

I don't see myself cheering for them, but I'm curious to watch them interact with each other.

    Don't understand the hateq

[mod edit] I saw nothing wrong with their behavior or how they treated each other. It could be that the 'latina' stereotype started kicking in before they even started the race. I do know that we latina women get excited and have a tendency to be drama queens...... but seriously these two did nothing to deserve all the hate they are getting.

I don't think they will win but I do hope they get at least half way through. I am rooting for the brother and sister and for the new age hippy couple.

Sometimes I think that the profiles are written to hype up pre-conceived personalities and relationships and I have found that sometimes they don't match the personalities at all.

I hope I am not wrong with the Miami girls.....

Although I don't totally dislike them, they really didn't do much last night to make me want to have them stick around...

I'm not liking them at all. From their first introduction clip when they described themselves as "good looking women", they lost me there. Yes, they are averagely attractive, but when someone feels the need to proclaim something like that, I instantly dislike their ego. People who are really attractive (as in beauty that goes beyond skin-deep) don't have to proclaim it -- those who feel they have to, aren't. Then, as the show progressed, their smugness became very annoying. They just come through as being too smug and shallow for me.
I live in my own world. But it's ok, they know me there.
