I like this team and hope they can stick around. Loved dad's shirt.

Yep, I like this team a lot, too. In the scenes for next week, it looks like they have a bit of a meltdown; hopefully, that won't get them the boot too early, as I would like to see them stick around a while...

I hope they can cut down on making mistakes because I would like them to stick around for a while.

I really like this team. And even though the previews from next week show they may be having some problems, I won't worry yet, since any father/daughter would have occasional problems in a situation like TAR presents. Plus, we all know how the editors love their drama.

But, even if by some bad chance they were to get eliminated early, even next week, I'll count myself lucky to have 'met' them for at least two episodes, because I just get the vibe that their affection for each other is genuine, and that they are both good, decent people. So I think that I, as a TAR12 viewer, am lucky they're here for any part of the season.
I live in my own world. But it's ok, they know me there.

I'm glad to see they are like I thought they would be. Definitely one of my favorites. Hope they stick around.

OMG, I can't believe what a jackass the dad is. It was like a 180 from what we saw last week. I feel sorry for his daughter.

This man was unbearable tonight . He cannot keep his mouth shut. When I start shouting at someone on my tv screen to "shut up already"...it's pretty bad!

If he was my father I'd be rather relieved that he missed a lot of my childhood due to work.
I'd encourage him to keep working as long as possible so he missed a fair chunk of my adulthood too.
I was shouting right along with you, bewty.
Ugh, he was vile last night.

YES! Keep on working. Intolerable man. It appears he came on this race to "teach" his daughter since he missed her formative years and thank god for that. He was posing as some zen master wannabe.

I expect to see him continue to leave the decisions to his daughter and when she fails to "perform" or they lose time it will be all her fault. He is putting her through some test that exists in his mind.

When they abandoned the hoist and opted for the bikes his response was, "we dont know whether to go this way or that way". What the heck was that about other than posing as an observer to his daughters abilities.
