I'd love to see that. He could stare at them for a split second with his eyebrow raised before he slapped them

Okay, I'm definitely including that question to the next eliminated team. (Were you told what would happen if two teams tied and were the last teams to arrive?)

I can't imagine a team being uncompetitive enough to be in last place and still sticking together. The only time I can remember two teams arriving last close together were Tara and Wil and Chris and Alex and there Wil still tried to cut in front of the other two who helped them, even though it was a non-elimination leg.

I understand that part. I meant what if they didn't know that they were the two last teams. To me it seems way too risky to ever want to step on the mat at the same time as anyone.

I was surprised that Millie/Chuck and Jon/Al did last time -- unless they 100% knew that at least one team was behind them.

Of course they knew!! They probably thought they were in First place--which they would have been had T&J not taken the FF. Wouldnt they have seen the cars parked there(or lack thereof?)

I'm not a fan of the joint mat finish either.

They know when it's a non-elimination leg as the clue doesn't say "the last team will be eliminated".

I would still be wary of that though and want to make sure there was a team behind me.
I guess that you might not know the final clue was the final clue though

well, when 2 teams are like really really close,
it wouldnt hurt to have a tie or something,
u do need companions if you want to survive
    through the 1st few legs......
