Thanks Florimel it's been a very long long time since I read the books
That's cool, Moontat. I read the books long ago, too, but when the films came out, I read them again. I've also watched the movies several times over. Plus, I do CRPG games and mithril comes into play there, too. I've got some nice images of mithril armor that I've downloaded.

I"m so looking forward to next week's showdown over the 2nd express pass. I hope Nicole brings Pinky's "Rule by threat of the Express Pass" reign to a crashing end. That will make for some good TV
I have to admit that I haven't entirely liked the doctors. That early mistake which cost them 1st place was just silly, and there was just something about their personalities which I didn't like.
However, if Mrs. Doctor really does get into a smackdown with Pinky than I will forgive them everything.
Maggie: "While she takes care of the men with the guns, why don't you sit down and I'll make you a nice, hot cup of tea?"
Pan Am stewardesses: prepared for anything!
I think if you're going to make a big mistake like that (not reading the clue) it's probably the best case scenario to do so on the first leg, with the only consequence of missing the first place prize. Granted, it was a big prize, but at least you aren't Philiminated as a result.
I don't mind the Dr.'s. They seem like normal people and the fact that they are both physicians with demanding high-stress jobs, and they haven't blown up at each other or anyone else yet, is ok in my book. I guess we'll see what they are like if they are racing at the back of the pack instead of the front, but at this point they are fine. If Nicole manages to smack down Pinky I will declare my love, though!
