Just appeared about a few minutes ago. Spoke for a few minutes - a bit about how they started the episode, also about why the show isn't getting as good ratings as it should (mentioned that they're now in a good timeslot, as it's no longer up against The West Wing).

Most interesting tidbit was a hint of some conflict between Reichen and Chip, and Millie and Chuck. Said something about how these two teams were opposites of each other, and he did say something about how sparks would fly.
