James/Abba (they seem capable and fun although I rare select men whose hair is longer than mine) :)

Caitlin/Brittany (because I don't think anyone else will choose them)

I was a bit surprised by how much I liked the young Texas couple. Did not like the divorcees who came in first. Don't steal first from a double amputee and then keep repeating that she's such a threat.

I think I want to make one change. After seeing the first show, I'm going to replace Jaymes/James with Abbie/Ryan. I'll probably regret it because I think the Chippendales are going to get better, but I had debated between them and Abbie/Ryan before making my initial choices, and I like Abbie/Ryan so far. What's really difficult is to pick my team captains. But since I must choose 1, my new team will be

Since it's a "J" heavy Team and Amy is the only female, they will be known as Amy's J-Walkers

I sure hope I fare better in this pool than in the Survivor Pool!

JohnnyK: You still have time to rearrange your teams. Your final team lineup must be in by this coming Saturday.

Florimel: In my pools, I usually have a point midway through the season where you can add/drop a team and promote/demote team captains. I've been considering letting you do each once anytime during the season. I was going to start it with the Project Runway All-Stars 2 pool but since The Amazing Race has just barely started off, we can do it for this pool.

HOW TEAM CHANGES WILL WORK

To borrow terminology from Who Wants to be a Millionaire, you will be given 2 lifelines in the game. With Lifeline #1, you can add any team to your lineup. You can only have a total of four teams, though, so if you already have four teams, you'll have to drop one to use this lifeline.

With Lifeline #2, you can make any of your existing teams your captains. If you still have your original team captains in place, they will be demoted down to a regular team and the team you designate will become your team captains.

The only way you can make a team not in your lineup your new team captains is to use both lifelines at once. Think very carefully strategy-wise before doing this.

It's up to you how early or how late in the season you want to use your lifelines.
