Not much movement in the pool this week. Junkyard Royalty fell a few spots with Rob & Kelley coming in last. Blonde Joke moved up a few spaces. Having Trey & Lexi as their team captains paid off very well for them, with the couple coming in first. Two Tickets to Philimination moved up a few points to share third place with BuckeyeGal. Team Lung Cheez moved up to share tenth place with Grokking the World.

There were three pool teams that included Rob & Kelley. None of them had the monster truckers as their team captains.

Team Phileas Fogg got the highest weekly score! Their reward is a Turkish bath and all the ice cream and sherbet they can eat. Martin4au got the lowest score and have to administer the Turkish bath to Phileas Fogg, plus serve up the ice cream and sherbet.

Sure can, Johnny! You haven't used your lifelines yet so tell me who you'd like to replace Rob & Kelley with and I'll update your team.

I like Josh and Brent the most, but the other two are stronger..

Abbie & Ryan finished fourth, getting 8 points.
Josh & Brent came in fifth, earning 7 points. However, they were given a 4 hour penalty at the start of the next leg of the race for not finishing the Detour.
James & Abba were unable to produce their passports so were checked in last. Since this was a non-elimination round, they got to continue to the next leg of the race.

Team Phileas Fogg managed to stay at the top of the leaderboard. BuckeyeGal moved up past The Shady Brow to claim second place. Buckeye is one of only two teams (the other being Team Amazing Bellies) that doesn’t have James & Abba on their roster so they avoided getting the points reduction for their last place finish. The Shady Brow and Two Tickets to Philimination were on the same flight to third place. Junkyard Royalty stayed one step behind them at fourth place. Amy’s J-Walkers instructed their cab to follow the teams in front of them at fifth place. Trouble in Tokyo moved up a spot to sixth place. The Alley Cats started down the wrong alley and fell back to seventh place. Watermelonheads got a fast taxi driver who propelled them ahead of two other teams, coming in eighth. Blonde Joke skipped ahead of Team Lung Cheez, who stopped at Popeyes to get some red beans and rice, landing in ninth. Grokking the World finished in eleventh place. Team Amazing Bellies and REMS missed their flight. Amazing Bellies finished the detour to come in twelfth. REMS didn’t finish the detour and incurred a penalty, coming in next to last. Martin4au lost their bags with their passport and got stuck in last place.

BuckeyeGal got the highest weekly score! Their reward is a padlock on the Tree of Love from Phil, symbolizing his eternal devotion to them (at least until the end of this season). :)

Team Phileas Fogg remained at the top of the leaderboard but BuckeyeGal continued her march up the leaderboard, narrowing the gap between second and first place. Two Tickets to Philimination moved up to third place, as The Shady Brow fell back to fourth. Junkyard Royalty rolled in at fifth with Amy’s J-Walkers right behind them in sixth. The Alley Cats clawed their way back up to seventh. Trouble in Tokyo ended in eighth place. Team Lung Cheez initially had trouble with the time zone challenge but teamed up with Blonde Joke to finish in ninth place together. Watermelonheads had the misfortune of getting a taxi driver who kept getting lost, putting them behind in tenth place. Grokking the World enjoyed dancing and sipping champagne with Russian historical figures and lingered a little longer than they should have, finishing in eleventh place. Team Amazing Bellies ripped their pants (maybe they had Popeyes too last week!) and had to take time to change clothes, bringing them in at twelfth place. REMS struggled to do the low high-kicks of the Trepak with a hurt ankle, gamely finishing in thirteenth. Passport woes still plagued martin4au and they came in last.

Once again, BuckeyeGal got the highest weekly score! They win a trip to Costa Rica to shake off the cold from their visit to Russia.

I hope this message gets through. I placed a few messages on different fora a few weeks ago, but they were never posted... Lifeline please. Please change my team captains from RocknRoll to Abby and Ryan. I don't think it will make a big difference at this point since they've entered into a non-agression pact with the Goatees. We'll have to wait and see.

Evande: I'm not sure why your previous posts didn't go through. I checked through this thread and don't see where you requested to change team captains before. I'll change them now so you'll be ready for next week.
