Tricky task #1. Find your way to The Garden Bridge. Of course, none of the cab drivers speak English, and TAR powers that be didn't give them the Chinese name of the bridge. Brett and Caite lucked out and found someone with a Blackberry who translated "Garden Bridge" for them into Chinese. Caite admitted that she wants to use this opportunity to prove she's not as stupid as everyone thinks she is because of her beauty pageant stupid answer fiasco.
Unfortunately, she made a nasty comment on a bus that leads me to believe (because of editing) that they may be eliminated tonight.
The brothers got an early start, but still couldn't find the Garden Bridge, so they went back to team up with the cops. The cops are encouraged that they've caught up with a team that left 2 hours before them.
The cowboys haven't found it yet either. Oh my gravy.
Caite at the next challenge has to count Buddhas. First try, no good.
"Why don't they speak ENGLISH?"
Geez. Even dumb bunny Caite doesn't yell THAT.
And once more its proven that idiots will always try and speak LOUDER, thinking it magically breaks a language barrier.
Meanwhile, Caite + Numbers = Pathetic (but hilarious).
Saw a cab in Canada today with a light on the trunk. Next to the light, there was a sign that said, "If this light is blinking, please call and report to police." They have a PANIC BUTTON inside the cabs.
Too bad they don't have those in Shanghai!
Caite on 3rd try at counting Buddhas. Cowboys walked right past Brett, didn't see him, and then couldn't find the clue box. Brett wasn't going to offer to help. Guess I can't blame him for that.
