I LOVE the Phil face. He is just so awesome at not showing any emotion to the teams on the mat.

I used to suffer from it. It was difficult but I pushed myself through it. I still have a strong fear of drowning but I do my best pushing through it.

It's great to hear you were able to do that-it can't have been easy.

IMO it would be very difficult to attempt to do that during a race in which one is already really tired and very stressed out.
