Kisha and Jen are switching to swim, this should be fun since Jen is afraid of water.

Water phobias--which is really a drowning phobia--can be very very bad.

We just don't hear as much about them as we do height phobias or spider/insect etc phobias.

The producers must have known that the sisters can't swim. I think this is an unfair leg. Swimming is not like bungee jumping where nobody has an advantage, you either can swim or you can't.

I know Jen has a water phobia, but she needs to suck it up and give it a try, obviously they have people there that are going to make sure she doesn't drown.

I used to suffer from it. It was difficult but I pushed myself through it. I still have a strong fear of drowning but I do my best pushing through it.

Actually, I think it's much better than bungee jumping. Bungee jumping offers no way to shuffle the order. Swimming, a skill, does.

Sorry, but you should learn at least how to swim and stick shift before going on a show like this. If you have a life vest on, can you not psych yourself up enough to know you won't drown?
