How do you know that it was delayed 45 minutes? Were you watching from the beginning? It hasn't even gone to commercial since we started watching.

Man, why does CBS hate Amazing Race so much to keep putting it in the crappy delay timeslot? It gets tons of awards, and alright ratings I'd imagine (if someone could fill me in on how it does ratings-wise, that'd be nice).

Yet here it is, season after season, right after things like football and now COLLEGE basketball, delayed for almost an hour.

It's approximate. I read it elsewhere on the internet that 60 Minutes started at around 7:45. And they don't join shows in progress.

Hence the ~ before all the numbers.

We'll correct it if it changes drastically.

EDIT: The 60 Minutes Stopwatch was at the 40-minute mark just now, so it might be closer to 8:50.

Thanks. We decided to just leave it on anyway so we don't miss the beginning of TAR. Even so, we're not really paying attention, so we've missed the ticking watch.
